Eligibility or CriteriaViolation of the Ministry of Commerce laws for consumer protection as follows: 1. Commercial fraud 2. Absence of the country of origin + stamp + type of gold standard 3. selling subsidized goods + increasing its prices mentioned in the Supply Department lists (data) 4. Number, type and weight of goods 5. Failure to comply with what has been agreed upon 6. Non-compliance with the discount statement 7. Refusing to give a receipt 8. Service fraud (commercial – as an agency) 9. Adulterated goods 10. Selling expired products 11. Non-compliance with specifications 12. Not using scales (for retail) despite the availability of the scales 13. Not displaying the prices + selling in prices higher than the displayed ones + selling in fake prices 14. Non-compliance with the service (guarantee + contract + agreement) 15. Selling in prices higher than the compulsory ones (meat + bread) 16. Refusing to sell (forcing the consumer to buy a certain amount) 17. Refusing to give a receipt 18. Offering sale or discounts without the permission of the Ministry 19. Offering draws, prizes and gifts without the permission of the Ministry 20. Non-compliance with the draw conditions 21. Spoiled food products 22. Restriction of importing, displaying and selling used tires (not giving a receipt) 23. Violations related to photographs, Quran verses backgrounds, prophets, and military uniforms 24. Displaying underwear in store windows and on manikins 25. Extending the validity period
Required Documents- In case of the presence of a complaint, as follows:
- 1. Personal identifications of the person complaining and the person being complained about
- 2. Civil IDs of the person complaining and the person being complained about
- 3. Copy license of the violating store
- 4. Presence of the two parties
- 5. Purchase invoices
- 6. Agreement contracts
- 7. Vehicle records and the subject of complaint
- In case of the normal periodic inspection:
- 1. Store license
- 2. Personal identification of violator
- 3. Civil ID of the violator
ProceduresVisit the centers of Ministry of Commerce and Industry affiliated with the Commercial Control Department and submit the required document.
