Eligibility or Criteria

  • The license must be valid.

Required Documents

  • 1. Original license
  • 2. Copies of the civil IDs of the manager and partners
  • 3. lease contract and receipt in the name of the company
  • 4. Signature of the manager in person or his representative

Procedures

Visit the service centers in Hawally - Al Mansouriah - Khaitan - Al Jahra – Government Mall center and submit the required documents.
