Service Description

  • This service for business sector allows issuing a notification of violation

Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. If the commercial store is unlicensed

  • 2. If the commercial store violates the existing activity

  • 3. Not hanging the license in a prominent place in the store

  • 4. Not having the original license (presence of a copy of the license)

  • 5. Practicing an unauthorized activity

Required Documents

  • 1. Original license
  • 2. Civil ID of the violator or any other identification

Procedures

Visit the centers of Ministry of Commerce and Industry affiliated with the Commercial Control Department which covers all governments (near the cooperative stores), and submit the required document.
