Service Description

  • This service allows citizens from real estate loan borrowers to obtain letters on receiving cement, iron, and calcareous bricks

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The applicant must be a Kuwaiti citizen who has obtained a loan from the Saving and Credit Bank  


  • The applicant or a representative with a power of attorney must attend the procedures and bring the applicant's original civil ID

Required Documents

  • Letter from the Saving and Credit Bank to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry stating the name of the applicant and the loan amount, so as to obtain the subsidized cement and iron
  • Letter from the Saving and Credit Bank to the National Industries Group. This letter must be stamped and given the same number of the subsidized cement and iron service
  • Copy of the construction license from Kuwait Municipality
  • Copy of the applicant's civil ID
  • Copy of the restoration record issued from the Saving and Credit Bank, in case of house restoration

Procedures

Visit the Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and submit the required documents
