  • This service allows citizens to receive a compensation amount for the owners of the stores which exist in the real estate after the appraisal.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • Clearance Certificate from the Ministry of Electricity and Water
  • Receipt Certificate from the Real Estate Owned Department
  • License from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
  • Lease contract
  • The last lease receipt from the owner
  • Relinquishment of the appraised décor from the license owner

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 11, ground floor, Documentation Department – State Property Real Estate, and submit the required documents
