  • This service allows citizens to receive exchange letters.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • Power of Attorneys , if any
  • Copy of Inheritance determination from the applicant and a copy from the heirs
  • (Copy of the owner(s)’ civil ID(s
  • A final approval decision of exchange from the Municipal Council
  • Authenticated recognition from the owner or his/her representative Original document of title

Procedures

Visit the Expropriation Department located in ElMerqab, Abdullah Al-Mubarak Street, Al Maseel Market, Block 10/B, 4th floor, and submit the required documents
