Service DescriptionThis service allows you to receive the medical services needed in public hospitals
Eligibility or CriteriaApplicant's health condition must require admitting to hospital based on the doctor's report
Required Documents- Civil ID or passport, if the applicant is a visitor
- Marriage contract, if the applicant wants to receive health care services in the gynecology and obstetrics clinic
- Original civil IDs of the husband and his wife, if the applicant want to receive health care services in the gynecology and obstetrics clinic
- Civil ID of the guardian or his representative, if the applicant is a child
ProceduresVisit the hospital concerned and submit the required documents
The treating doctor in the accident unit or the outpatient clinic fills the service application form and admits the patient in
Then, refer, the applicant patient or his/her representative, to the Admission and Billing Department to complete the details required
Refer to the Accounting Department to pay the fees due, then, go to your room
