Service Description

  • This service allows Kuwaiti and foreign applicants (Article 20) to renew and obtain learner's licenses, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The applicant must submit a public vehicle license in the sponsor's name, in case the applicant is a foreigner (Article 20).
  • The learner's driving license must be expired
  • Renewing learner's license for foreigners is associated with their legal residence period

Required Documents

  • Public vehicle license in the sponsor's name
  • Blood type certificate

Procedures

Visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents.
