Service Description

  • ​This service allows the registration of a Non-Kuwaiti newborn.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Registration of a newborn through the e-services available on the Authority's website www.paci.gov.kw​ or via Sahel​ App.​

Required Documents

  • Valid Passport
  • Birth certificate
  • Blood Type
  • Residence stamp extract.

Procedures

​ Visit the Authority's headquarters in South Surra – Ground Floor – Expatriate Registration Office – Morning Shift – from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.​

0 KD​Variable fees
5 KD​ payable through the Authority's website
50 fils per SMS. 		Fixed fees
