Service Description

  • ​This service allows the registration of a Kuwaiti newborn.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Registration of a newborn through the e-services available on the Authority's website www.paci.gov.kw​ or via Sahel​ App.​

Required Documents

  • Birth certificate.
  • Nationality Proof Certificate including blood type.

Procedures

​Visit the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) headquarters in South Surra – First Floor – Citizens and GCC Registration Office – Morning Shift – from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
