Service Description

  • This service allows non-Kuwaiti expatriates to renew their civil ID cards

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The service can be accessed via the Sahel application, the electronic services available on the Authority's website www.paci.gov.kw, in person, or via automated renewal by calling 1889988 or sending an SMS to 1889988.
  • Provided there is no request to change the personal photo.​

Required Documents

  • Valid Civil ID Number.
  • Valid Passport.
  • Residence stamp extract.
