Service Description

  • Monthly assistance for the descendants and relatives of endowers under the General Food Endowment Fund

Eligibility or Criteria

  • A kinship relationship with the endower must exist.
  • The endowment deed must provide for the relevant endowment channel.
  • The applicant must meet the requirements set out in the regulations governing assistance​

Required Documents

  • Proof of kinship to the endower through either the maternal or paternal side.
  • Civil ID of the beneficiary and all family members.
  • Birth certificates of the children, if the mother is the beneficiary.
  • Residence verification certificate issued by the Public Authority for Housing Welfare.
  • Lease agreement, if any, together with the last three rent payment receipts.
  • Salary certificate for employed applicants (husband and wife), issued by the employer.
  • Certificate issued by the Public Institution for Social Security for retirees or unemployed persons (husband and wife).
  • Marriage certificate.
  • Divorce certificate or certificate of non-marriage.
  • Death certificate for widows.
  • Certificate of financial obligations (husband and wife).
  • Bank account statement for the beneficiaries for the past six months (husband and wife).
  • Official bank certificate showing the International Bank Account Number (IBAN).
  • Official certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice in cases where court judgments exist.
  • Official certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice from the Real Estate Registry indicating owned properties, if any, or confirming the absence thereof.
  • Certificate proving registration with the Insolvent Fund.
  • Disability certificate, if any, and proof of assistance received from the Higher Council for the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities, where applicable.
  • Certificate proving receipt of assistance from the Family Care Department at the Ministry of Social Affairs.
  • Medical reports, if any.
  • Certificate proving the existence of a commercial license issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

The application shall be submitted through the official website of the Awqaf Public Foundation, with all required documents to be attached via the electronic link below.
