Service Description

  • This service enables users to request additional machines, raw materials, or spare parts to increase production capacity without expanding the parcel.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Required fees must be paid.

  • The industrial license must be permanent and valid.

  • The license must not be suspended.

  • The lease contract must be valid.

  • No claims must have been recorded against the parcel owner.

  • The industrial facility has reached or exceeded the production capacity licensed by the Authority.

  • The applicant must comply with all requirements set by the competent government agencies to preserve the environment and public order.

  • The applicant must undertake that the product meets the specifications and standards set by the laws and regulations issued in this regard.

Required Documents

  • Original catalogues and quotations showing basic specifications, the required raw materials, and equipment in the name of the investor if the application includes machinery
  • Documents proving that the facility has reached or exceeded the licensed production capacity from the Authority as follows: The facility’s budgets for the three years prior to submitting the application Previous year’s purchasing invoices for the facility’s raw materials Previous year’s selling invoices for the facility’s final product Technical and economic feasibility study Valid fire insurance , Note: In the event of a request to specify the production capacity, Condition No. (6) shall be cancelled and Document No. (1) shall be cancelled.
