Service Description

  • Enable the beneficiary to request re-disbursement of the pension share suspended due to divorce.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Applicant’s marital status: Divorced.
  • Applicant’s service with the Institution must have ended, except for the deceased’s widow.​
  • Application submitted by the person concerned.​

Required Documents

  • Copy of a valid Civil ID.
  • Recent bank certificate with IBAN.
  • Divorce certificate.
  • Recent marital status certificate for women from the Ministry of Justice (with QR code), addressed to PIFSS, age 15+, issued within 3 months.
  • In case of disability, attach supporting documents.
  • Court ruling, if any.

Approve authentication on “Kuwait Mobile ID” App​

Click on “Submit Application” and select “Re-Disbursement of Pension Share Due to Divorce (Women)” transaction​

Fill in the data and upload required documents​
