Service Description

  • Enable beneficiary to suspend pension share due to marriage.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Beneficiary’s marriage (daughter/sister/granddaughter/widow)
    Application submitted by the person concerned

Required Documents

  • Copy of a valid Civil ID
  • Marriage contract (attested if issued abroad)
  • Recent marital status certificate for women from the Ministry of Justice (with QR code), addressed to PIFSS, age 15+, issued within 3 months
  • Attach court ruling if the marriage is based on a court ruling

Access Individuals e-Portal: ​ ​https://eservice.pifss.gov.kw​

Enter Civil ID number​

Approve authentication on “Kuwait Mobile ID” App​

Click on “Submit Application” and select “Suspension of Pension Share Due to Marriage” transaction​

Fill in the data and upload required documents​
