  • Instant issuance of “To Whom It May Concern” certificate for the person concerned, required by external entities to complete transactions.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Applicant must not be registered with the Institution and must not be receiving a retirement pension or a pension share​.

Access the Digital Channel​

Enter Civil ID number​

Approve authentication on “Kuwait Mobile ID” App.​

Select “Issue Certificates” from the menu in the Individuals e-Portal or “My Services” in “Thukher” App​

Select the required certificate from the list​
