Eligibility or Criteria

  • The entity must be officially accredited.
  • If payment is not made within three days from the date the reservation is confirmed by the Awqaf Public Foundation, the reservation shall be automatically cancelled.
  • This service is available within the State of Kuwait only.
  • The service is available to qualified individuals to use the center, subject to the submission of supporting documents on a one-time basis.
  • The prescribed fees must be paid within three days from the date of reservation

Required Documents

  • An official letter, duly approved by the relevant entity (institution or company), must be submitted to request the reservation.
  • Qualified individuals may use the center after submitting the required supporting proof on a one-time basis.
  • Individual reservations shall be made electronically through direct communication with the reservations officer.

Fixed Fees : for the morning session, if the reservation exceeds three days.
30 KWD Fixed Fees :for the evening session, if the reservation exceeds three days.
40 KWD Fixed Fees : ​per session for reserva​tions of less than three days.​
