Service Description

  • This service allows the business sector (companies and organizations) to get a signature authorization, and thus, have it authenticated.​

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The applicant must be a member of Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

  • The applicant must not be less than (21) years old.

  • Foreign nationals must have their residency under the same employer. If the applicant is a foreign national, the validity of the authorization must be specified.

Required Documents

  • Power of attorney or letter of authorization for signature.
  • Civil ID.

Procedures

Submit documents on the Chamber's online portal.​

Visit Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry and submit the required documents.​

Fill the service application form. Sign the signature application in front of the designated employee.

Pay the fees due.​
