Service Description

  • This service allows applying for opening a branch for a partnership company.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • - The main company license must exist and be valid.

  • Note:

  • - If the company has more than 6 branches, the company budget must be submitted.

  • - Defining the branch and the number of branches

Required Documents

  • 1) Capital certificate in the name of the company depending on the type of activity
  • 2) Copy of the main company license
  • 3) Lease contract and receipt
  • 4) Copies of civil IDs of the partners and the manager
  • 5) Insurance certificate for the manager, if the manager is registered in accordance with provisions of Chapter Five

Procedures

Visit the service centers in Hawally - Al Mansouriah - Khaitan - Al Jahra – Government Mall center and submit the required documents.
