  • This service allows applying for terminating a company contract and transforming the company to an individual organization.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. Determining the partner who will own the company

  • 2. The partner must not be a government employee.

Required Documents

  • 1. Copy of civil ID of the partner to whom the company is relinquished
  • 2. The main license of the company and its branches

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 1st floor, block 2,
Department of Partnerships (Information and Monitoring Section) and submit the required documents
