  • This service allows citizens to obtain a utilization license for an owned house, an apartment, or a store

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Copy of the civil ID
  • The previous lease contract with the owner
  • Power of attorney, in case an agent exists, and the civil ID of the agent
  • The last 6 payment receipts from the previous owner
  • Real estate office evaluation of the rental value in the same area

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 11, ground floor, Markets and Societies Department – State Property Contracts, and submit the required documents
