Service Description

  • This service provided by the General Administration of Customs to organizations and companies operating in the customs sector in the State of Kuwait aims to register import and export companies or update their data in the automated customs system with providing the feature of following up on the status of the request after completing the procedures.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Valid commercial or industrial license and import license.

Required Documents

  • The Ministry of Commerce and Industry license (commercial license) or industrial license for industrial facilities
  • Importing license
  • Signature approval (Chamber of Commerce, Department of labour Affairs, or labour Force signature approval)
  • Civil ID of the authorized signatory

Procedures

Access the customs e-services portal through the link (https://eservices.kgac.gov.kw​).
Create a corporate account.​
Enter company data and information.​
Upload required documents.​

Submit the application.​

The application is processed electronically by the designated team at the General Administration of Customs and the company is registered
