  • This service of state property contracts allows business sector to obtain a license for Ministries Complex sites.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Applicant's civil ID
  • Power of attorney, in case an agent exists, and the civil ID of the agent
  • For companies , company contract - signature authorization - civil ID Power of attorney, in case an agent exists, and the agent’s civil ID
  • Allocation approval from the Ministries Complex or the Financial Affairs Department
