Service Description

  • This service allows the business sector (companies and organizations) to obtain an approval from the Ministry of Health on releasing ionic apparatuses and resources mentioned in the customs declaration

Eligibility or Criteria

  • An importing license for the apparatuses and the resources requiring release must be obtained
  • The applicant entity must have applied for apparatus and resource use licenses and personal licenses

Required Documents

  • Complete customs declaration
  • Release permission
  • Copy of the import license issued from the Radiation Protection Department

Procedures

Visit the Radiation Protection Department of the Ministry of Health and submit the required documents
Fill the service application form and have it stamped
