Service Description

  • This service allows non-Kuwaiti applicants to issue learner's public driving license‎, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The Provisions of the Ministerial Decree No. (1729\2005) must be met
  • The applicant must submit the public vehicle license in the sponsor's name

Required Documents

  • Public vehicle license in the sponsor's name
  • Blood type certificate

Procedures

Visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents
Fill the service application form
Have the medical check-up
Pay the fees due
