Service Description

  • This service enables users to request an increase in machinery, equipment and workers to increase production capacity while increasing the area of the granted parcel.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Required fees must be paid.
    The industrial license must be permanent and valid.
    No financial claims must have been recorded against the concerned party.​
    The parcel contract must be valid.
    The industrial facility has reached or exceeded the production capacity licensed by the Authority.
    The applicant must comply with all requirements set by the competent government agencies to preserve the 
    environment and public order. 
    The applicant must undertake that the product meets the specifications and standards set by the laws and regulations 
    issued in this regard.
    Obtaining the approval of the Environment Public Authority after determining the increase in area and its location

Required Documents

  • Original catalogues and quotations showing basic specifications of the machinery and equipment and raw materials required in the name of the investor
  • Documents proving that the facility has reached or exceeded the licensed production capacity from the Authority as follows: The facility’s budgets for the three years prior to submitting the application, Previous year purchasing invoices for the facility’s raw materials, Previous year selling invoices for the facility’s final product, Submitting the engineering and technical plan for the expansion, approved by the company supplying the machines, Economic and technical feasibility study, Valid fire insurance

In case of approval, the Industrial Parcel Department, the Licensing and Industrial Registry Department, the Industrial Safety and Environmental Monitoring Department, and the Customer Service Department will be notified to issue the approval of the Environment Public Authority, as well as the Industrial Development and Support Department for information. 4- The steps should be completed according to the followed procedures (submitting the parcel and obtaining a temporary administrative license/ issuing a building permit / setting electricity connection / preparing a final follow-up report), taking into account the cancellation of the steps related to issuing a new industrial license.
5- The industrial license data will be amended, the industrial registry amendment data fees should be received,
and the announcement will be published in the Official Gazette. The permanent parcel contract will be prepared, approved, and delivered to the concerned party along with the industrial license.
