Request to issue a certificate in the name of the individual license holder, required by external entities to complete their transactions, by uploading the required documents for automatic issuance. Once all required data is verified as complete, the certificate is sent to the applicant via email.
Access Employers e-Portal: http://eservice.pifss.gov.kw
Click on “Submit Transactions for Unregistered Employers”
Select “Unregistered Individual License Certificate” transaction.
Enter the license holder’s information (Civil ID / Email / Phone Number) and then click “Submit”
Approve authentication on “Kuwait Mobile ID” App.
Upload required documents and submit.
