Service Description

  • Change payment entity for entitled persons (pensioner –beneficiary – remuneration recipient) to transfer financial entitlements to the bank account provided in the request

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Application submitted by the person concerned.
    Applicant’s record must be active.

Required Documents

  • Copy of a valid Civil ID.
  • Recent bank certificate, stamped and signed, with IBAN and QR Code.

Access Individuals e-Portal: http://eservice.pifss.gov.kw​

Enter Civil ID number​

Approve authentication on “Kuwait Mobile ID” App​

Click on “Submit Application” and select “Change Payment Entity (Bank Account)” transaction​

Fill in the data and upload required documents
