“Thukher” App: https://mobapp.pifss.gov.kw​
Access the digital channel.​

Enter Civil ID number.​

Approve authentication on “Kuwait Mobile ID” App.​

Select “Issue Certificates” from the menu in the Individuals e-Portal or “My Services” in “Thukher” App.​

Select the required certificate from the list​
