Service Description

  • Register for unemployment compensation for those whose service has ended in the private or oil sector, as per Law.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Application submitted by the person concerned.

    The Insured must meet the following conditions as of the end-of-service date in order to be eligible for compensation:

    1. Age 18–60.
    2. Have completed the period required for compensation entitlement as per law, including at least six consecutive months immediately prior to each entitlement period
    3. Capable of working.
    4. Not self-employed (commercial license).
    5. Not entitled to a retirement pension.​

​Enter Civil ID number and click “Submit”
​ First step to request unemployment compensation:
Fill out the Unemployment Insurance Registration Form, review the information, and ensure its accuracy and compliance with the actual status at the registration date before submitting it through PIFSS official website.
​To complete the procedures for requesting unemployment compensation:
Obtain registration certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower.
​​Submit the unemployment insurance compensation request through PIFSS official website.​

​Follow the general instructions for unemployment insurance beneficiaries.​​
