Service Description

  • This service enables residence procedures for the purpose of practicing a commercial or industrial activity, profession, or specific trade under Article 19 of the Executive Regulations of the Law on the Residence of Foreigners, including the following services:
  • Business, Industry, Skilled Labour Residence Article 19 Renewal
  • Business, Industry, Skilled Labour Residence Article 19 Cancellation.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The residence application form must be signed by the sponsor.​

Required Documents

  • Required Documents for Each Service:
  • Business, Industry, Skilled Labour Residence Article 19 Renewal
  • The residence application form, duly signed by the sponsor or the authorized signatory.
  • A work permit issued by the Public Authority for Manpower, or as verified through the computerized system.
  • A copy of the memorandum of association issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
  • Two personal photographs with a blue background, size 4 × 6 cm.
  • The original passport of the sponsored person and a copy thereof.
  • Health insurance certificate.
  • A copy of the signature authorization.
  • Business, Industry, Skilled Labour Residence Article 19 Cancellation
  • The designated application form shall be completed.
  • Cancellation of the work permit issued by the Public Authority for Manpower, as verified through the computerized system.
  • The original passport of the sponsored person.
  • The original Civil ID.
  • A copy of the signature authorization.
  • The passports and original Civil IDs of persons sponsored by the resident.

Procedures

The application may be submitted through the Sahel App (Residence Services) or in person, in accordance with the following procedures: 
The applicant shall bring the required documents and visit the General Department of Nationality and Travel Documents in the relevant governorate. 

The designated service form shall be completed. ​

The prescribed fees for the service shall be paid.​
