Service Description

  • This service enables the issuance of a temporary entry visa for a government contract.​

Eligibility or Criteria

  • ​N/A

Required Documents

  • A letter issued by the Government Contracts and Projects Department of the Public Authority for Manpower.
  • A statement of the financial guarantee of the company or legal entity, specifying the number of workers and the guarantee amount.
  • The designated application form.
  • A copy of the visitor’s passport, provided that its validity period is no less than six months.
  • A copy of the signature authorization of the legal entity.
  • A valid copy of the representative’s ID issued by the General Department of Residency Affairs Investigations.

Procedures

The applicant shall bring the required documents and visit the General Department of Immigration to complete the service. ​

The visa application form and the security screening form shall be completed and signed by the authorized signatory, together with the sponsor’s declaration and undertaking confirming the accuracy of the information stated in the visa application. ​

The prescribed fees for the service shall be paid.​
