Service Description

  • This service enables the issuance of an entry visa for medical treatment purposes.​

Eligibility or Criteria

  • ​N/A

Required Documents

  • The designated visit application form.
  • A copy of the visitor’s passport, provided that its validity period is no less than six months.
  • A letter issued by the Ministry of Health confirming that the visitor has been accepted for treatment at one of the hospitals.
  • A copy of the sponsor’s Civil ID.

Procedures

If the applicant is a Kuwaiti citizen, the required documents shall be submitted to the General Department of Immigration in any governorate. If the applicant is a non-Kuwaiti resident, the required documents shall be submitted to the General Department of Immigration in the relevant governorate. ​

The designated service form shall be completed. ​

The prescribed fees for the service shall be paid.​
