Service Description

  • This service enables the issuance of an entry visa for employment in the private sector.​

Eligibility or Criteria

  • ​N/A

Required Documents

  • The designated entry visa application form.
  • The work permit issued by the Public Authority for Manpower, as verified through the computerized system.
  • A copy of a valid signature authorization.
  • A copy of the sponsored person’s valid passport, provided that its validity period is no less than two years

Procedures

The applicant shall bring the required documents and visit the General Department of Immigration to complete the service. ​

The visa application form and the security screening form shall be completed and signed by the authorized signatory, together with the sponsor’s declaration and undertaking confirming the accuracy of the information stated in the visa application. ​

The prescribed fees for the service shall be paid.​
