Service Description

  • This service enables the replacement of the photograph on the citizenship certificate.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Biometric fingerprinting shall be completed at the General Department of Criminal Evidence.
  • The applicant must attend in person.​

Required Documents

  • The original citizenship certificate and a copy thereof.
  • The original Civil ID and a copy thereof.
  • Four recent and appropriate personal photographs with a blue background, size 4 × 6 cm.

Procedures

The applicant shall bring the required documents and visit the General Department of Nationality and Travel Documents in the relevant governorate. ​

The prescribed fees for the service shall be paid. ​
