Service Description

  • This service enables users to request a financial allowance of 100 KD for people with a moderate disability and 150 KD for people with a severe disability.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The person with a disability must be a Kuwaiti citizen or be treated as a Kuwaiti individual pursuant to a decision issued by the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait.

  • This person must have a moderate or severe disability.

  • The applicant must have a valid disability certificate.

Required Documents

  • Copy of the civil ID cards of the disabled person, the sponsor, and the driver or servant (addresses must match)
  • Birth certificate of the person with a disability and civil ID cards of the mother and father for those under 21 years of age
  • Salary transfer form from a bank to the name of the person with a disability
  • Official notification certificate from the notary public (continuity of marriage certificate) for the mother or father for applicants under 21 years of age. In the case of residency, the husband of the disabled woman must bring an official notification certificate from the notary public (continuity of marriage certificate).

: Take the envelope from
Kuwait Sports Club for people with special needs - Hawalli - for physical and mental disabilities
Blind association - Hawalli - for visual disabilities
Sports Club for deaf- Sulaybikhat - for hearing disabilities
To fill the form inside the envelope and attach the documents required and then to seal the envelope
To put the envelope in the box of the same place of taking the envelope
