Service Description

  • This service enables users to obtain a marriage grant for a person with a disability.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The beneficiary must be a Kuwaiti citizen or be treated as a Kuwaiti individual pursuant to a decision issued by the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait.

  • The marriage must not have taken place more than 3 years ago.

Required Documents

  • Valid civil ID card of the person concerned and the wife
  • copy of the marriage contract
  • Copy of the continuity of marriage certificate

Procedures

The application must be submitted at the headquarters of the Public Authority for Disability Affairs in Hawalli, Block 11, Beirut Street, opposite Al Bayan Bilingual School, or at one of the Authority’s branches during the morning period from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
