Service Description

  • This service enables users to request retirement or salary settlement for the disabled.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The person with a disability must be a Kuwaiti citizen or be treated as a Kuwaiti individual pursuant to a decision issued by the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait.

  • This person must have a moderate or severe disability.

  • The actual service for a man must be 15 years and for a woman 10 years

Required Documents

  • Retirement referral letter from the employer (sent via email)
  • Copy of the civil ID card for the person with a disability
  • Disability ID
  • Retirement letter, accreditation certificate and company signature (for the private sector)

Procedures

The application must be submitted at the headquarters of the Public Authority for Disability Affairs in Hawalli, Block 11, Beirut Street, opposite Al Bayan Bilingual School, or at one of the Authority’s branches during the morning period from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.​
