Service Description

  • This service enables a person with a disability to request a license plate.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • A valid disability certificate must be provided.

Required Documents

  • Copy of the civil ID card of the person with a disability

Procedures

The application must be submitted at the headquarters of the Public Authority for Disability Affairs in Hawalli, Block 11, Beirut Street, opposite Al Bayan Bilingual School, or at one of the Authority’s branches during the morning period from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.​
