Service Description

  • This service enables people with a disability to request social aid.
    185 for minor disabilities
    225 for moderate disabilities
    277 for severe disabilities

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The person with a disability must be a Kuwaiti citizen or be treated as a Kuwaiti individual pursuant to a decision issued by the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait.

  • The disability certificate must be valid

Required Documents

  • Birth certificate
  • Salary transfer form from a bank to the name of the person with a disability
  • Civil ID of the father and mother
  • Civil ID and birth certificate of the person with a disability
  • Official notification certificate from the Ministry of Justice (continuity of marriage) for the father and mother

Procedures

The application must be submitted at the headquarters of the Public Authority for Disability Affairs in Hawalli, Block 11, Beirut Street, opposite Al Bayan Bilingual School, or at one of the Authority’s branches during the morning period from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.​
